How to Contact Us:
Direct Email: Reach our MileIQ Customer Success team at Support@mileiq.com.
Help Center: Submit an email ticket from our Help Center Contact Form.
Web Dashboard: While logged in to MileIQ , select "Help" from the left-hand panel.
In-App: Open the MileIQ app, click the Settings gear in the lower right-corner, select "Help", then "Email."
When sending us a message, please be sure to be logged in the MileIQ or write from the email address registered to your MileIQ account.
You can check your associated email by navigating to Settings > Signed In from the main menu of the MileIQ mobile app, or by clicking the drop-down arrow in the top-left of the web dashboard.
