Drive Detection and Classification
Mileage Accuracy and Efficiency
MileIQ runs in the background without draining a driver’s phone battery and can continue tracking a drive even if a driver loses cell service. Best of all, a driver never needs to worry about turning the tracker on or off so they’ll never miss a drive.
Drive Classification
MileIQ drivers classify each drive as Business or Personal, so work and personal trips are not mixed up — and you end up with the most accurate reimbursement amounts. Business drives are included in reports for reimbursement while Personal drives are not.
Work Hours Classification
Drivers with regular schedules can save time on classifying drives with pre-set Work Hours. Once a driver sets their Work Hours, MileIQ automatically classifies drives taken during that time as Business. Drivers can manually re-classify a drive if needed.
Frequent Routes
If your drivers frequent the same locations, they can also save time on classifying drives. When a driver takes the same route three times and classifies it the same way, MileIQ will ask them if they want to auto-classify that drive.
