What's New at MileIQ

We simplified creating Team Locations for admins! No more typing in addresses one by one — in addition to the bulk upload option, Pro admins will see suggested Team Locations in their dashboard. Just click on a suggested location, type in a name, and hit “Save.”

We re-organized our annual mileage reports to help you find and fill out mileage information on tax returns. (Choose "Past Year" when creating report.) On the app? Tap "Send 2024 report" and select "All Drives."

The MileIQ team fixed some auto-assign issues with Bluetooth connections in cars. Connecting any of your vehicles should now be easier, on both iPhone and Android.

Pro admins, you can now bulk upload a list of Team Locations. No more entering addresses one by one! And if you haven't given Team Locations a try yet, consider this your cue — having Team Locations on mileage reports makes validating drives much faster.

Save time by managing drives directly in the app. Add drives, and classify, edit, or delete multiple drives at once directly in the app. Plus, if you use an Apple device, your routes in MileIQ now appear as Apple Maps.

Our reports are now compatible with Quickbooks' new format — just in time for tax prep.

MileIQ for Teams Pro drivers: You can now choose how often to send an automatic mileage report. Submit reports automatically with MileIQ: ☀️ Every morning (drives from previous day) 📅 Every Sunday (drives from past week) 🗓️ Every first of the month (drives from past month)

We updated our Bluetooth and CarPlay settings so MileIQ doesn't interrupt tunes and podcasts.

Our MileIQ for Teams Pro admins can now approve or reject drives through MileIQ! You can see drives that need review in your dashboard, under the appropriately named ‘Drives to approve’ tab. Just click ✅ to approve or 🚫 to reject. No need to click through individual reports.

Are you sending reports to your accountant or company? Save your favorite Contacts and share mileage reports with one tap.

By popular demand, all MileIQ mileage reports show full addresses. Drivers will now have an easier time classifying their drives and MileIQ for Teams admins can approve drives at a glance.

MileIQ for Teams Standard and Pro admins can now look at route info and detailed views of reported business drives in the MileIQ dashboard.

Save even more time! Work Hours can auto-classify Business drives AND Personal drives. That means (depending on how steady your schedule is), the app can now auto-classify close to every drive you take.
